Kevin L. Parker is a dynamic author, respected community leader, and inspiring public speaker whose life’s work centers on empowering others to lead with purpose. Born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, Kevin is a proud graduate of Northwestern High School, where his early commitment to leadership and service first took root.

He continued his academic journey at Kentucky State University, earning a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science before completing a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Columbia Southern University. With more than 20 years of experience in Information Technology and Project Management, Kevin has built a reputation for excellence, strategic thinking, and a deep commitment to developing people. He currently serves as an IT Specialist for a national medical technology company, where he merges technical expertise with organizational leadership to support innovation and operational success.

Kevin is the author of Leadership Revisited, a powerful exploration of modern leadership principles that challenges readers to grow, adapt, and lead with integrity. Beyond his professional accomplishments, he is a devoted community advocate. He serves as a partner and volunteer with Big Brothers Big Sisters and is an active member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., continuing a legacy of service, scholarship, and brotherhood.

Outside of his leadership and professional work, Kevin enjoys staying active through working out, biking, and hiking, and he finds creative expression in playing the trumpet. Above all his accomplishments, his greatest joy comes from being the proud father of two daughters whom he deeply adores.
